♥ 1 glass unsweetened tend almond milk
♥ Spinach (as much as you want)
♥ 1 green apple
♥ 1/2 avocado
♥ 1/2 cup of goji berries
♥ Lemon Juice

Place them in your multi and blend well until it gets creamy and well-homogenized. Pro Tip: Squeeze lemon in the end and taste to check the acidity. When you are ok with it blend one more time, sprinkle with goji berries for scratch and serve.

California Dreams

♥ 1/2 cup of mango
♥ 1 ripe banana
♥ 1/2 cup of strawberries
♥ 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
♥ 1 cup of coconut water
♥ Juice of a lemon

Blend them well for 2-3 minutes & serve with ice to make it summerish!

♥ 1 cup of coconut water or water
♥ 1/2 cucumber (chopped)
♥ 1 orange
♥ 2 kiwi
♥ 2 tbsp chia seeds

Blend them well and serve with ice. Keep in mind chia seeds add minerals and protein that make your smoothie ideal for muscle building and weight loss. Pro tip: Use at least one frozen fruit to make your smoothie cold.

Mermaid Recovery

♥ 1 medium banana
♥ 2 cups frozen mixed berries
♥ 1 cored apple
♥ 1 cup almond/coconut milk
♥ 1 cup kale
♥ 1 tbsp chia seeds
♥ juice of one lemon
♥ 1 sliced cucumber
♥ 1/2 Italian flat-leaf parsley

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blend well for 1-2 minutes until it gets smooth. Serve immediately because the fresher the better.

Golden Paradise

♥ 1 cup almond milk
♥ 1 cup of fresh pineapple
♥ 1/2 cup of carrot juice
♥ 1 large banana
♥ 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
♥ 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
♥ 1 tbsp or 15 ml of lemon juice

Regarding the carrot juice, if you don’t have a juicer to throw carrots inside and get the juice, here is how to do it: Add carrots and water to the blender and blend on high until you see that it’s completely smooth. Add more water if it has trouble blending. Now take a bowl and cover it with a thin dish towel and pour over the juice squeezing the towel in the end until all the liquid is extracted … and your juice is ready! Now put all the above ingredients into the blender and blend well until your mixture gets creamy. We recommend tasting your smoothie and then add as much as lemon juice you want until you get the desired acidity. Do the same with turmeric, and ginger.
