DIET

As she revealed, she has followed the “Sirtfood Diet” for losing a significant amount of weigh. An essential ingredient of the diet is sirtuins – the proteins of longevity, as they primarily affect the cellular processes of the body. This diet also includes plenty of protein, green juices, fruit, low-calorie foods and wholesome. The good thing is that you can indulge yourself in red wine and dark chocolate on your cheat days! But before starting any kind of diet you may consult your medical practitioner so as to find which diet fits you better. The diva follows a healthy lifestyle not just for her but especially for her son, trying to show him the right way. Keep in mind that the Sirtfood Diet’s is best encouraged as a method for short-term, smaller weight losses, and not for long-term dieting.

EXERCISE

Reformer Pilates is her answer according to the British newspaper The Sun, with her attending classes alongside good friend Ayda Field – the wife of Robbie Williams. Pilates is a widely known favorite practice for weight loss in the celebrity world with Kourtney Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Meghan Markle to be among the greatest fans of it. The singer is also working out “three times a week” doing 60-minute sessions of cardio and circuit training with her personal trainer according to Us Weekly. The hitmaker posted a picture on Instagram, sharing the results of her incredible body transformation while texting:

“I used to cry but now I sweat”

She recently stepped out at Beyoncé and Jay Z’s 2020 Oscars after-party looking so damn… fit in her sexy leopard print look triggering many on social media to say “WOW” with her new sculpted figure.

The British superstar, who recently divorced with her husband, Simon Koneski, after seven years of marriage, seems to be brighter and more refreshed than ever before!
