  • 2 cups Epsom salts
  • ¼ cup of sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • essentials oils optionally (lavender or peppermint)
Instructions:

As the bath is filling with warm/hot water, dissolve Epsom salt into warm (like, really warm) and soak for 30 minutes or as long as you want. In the end, rinse and dry with a fluffy towel.

2. Sensual Me

[CLAY DETOX BATH RECIPE]

  • ½ cup bentonite clay
  • ½ cup Epsom salt
  • essential oils optionally
Instructions:

First of all, fill your bath with warm water, pour Epsom salt and add your favorite essential oils. Then mix the clay with warm water in a separate bowl and keep stirring until you make a paste. Now you have two options: 1) Apply the clay all over your body like a body mask, let it dry for 5 minutes and soak in the bath for a minimum of 20 minutes. While soaking, use a soft brush to remove any remaining clay off the skin. Keep in mind that this method provides an even deeper detox because the mixture has direct contact with the skin flushing toxins from your body as well as helping you get rid of cellulite. 2) Dissolve the clay into a small amount of warm water and just add it to the bath. Pay Attention! Do not use metal for this process! Instead, you may use a wooden spoon to melt the clay. Then soak for at least 20 minutes swirling around with your hand.

Now you can either rinse with water and towel – dry or let the vinegar water dry on the skin and do not shower for at least 8 hours (we recommend you the last choice!)

[GREEN TEA BATH RECIPE]

  • 5-10 green tea bags
Instructions:

Start filling the tub with hot water, really hot, and when the bath is almost halfway full, add at least 5 green tea bags, let them soak for 10-15 minutes and keep filling your tub. You see that before getting in the bath to soak, the water is changing color which means it’s ready! Now it’s time to soak for around 30 minutes or as long as you desire. Then rinse with water and dry with your towel.

  • 4 cups aluminum-free baking soda
  • essential oils optionally

Instructions:

As the water is running into the tub put baking soda and soak for 30-40 minutes. You can also add some drops of your favorite essential oils making your bath aromatic and smelly! Then you can either rinse and towel-dry or just dry without rinsing until the next day.

[MUSTARD BATH RECIPE]

  •  1 cup of organic mustard powder
  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 10-15 drops eucalyptus essential oil if desired
Instructions:

Pour the mustard powder and the Epsom salt into the tub as you’re filling it with very warm water. When you can handle the temperature soak for around 30 minutes or longer. In the end, rinse with cool water and towel-dey.
