Instructions:

Remove the avocado from the peel and melt it in a bowl. Add the oils and mix them all together until you make it a homogenous mixture. It’s ready! Now, apply the mask on your hair (from root to tip) and let it act for half an hour. Then, remove it, but keep in mind that before rinsing with water, apply shampoo, and wash very well. In the end, wash off the shampoo with water and rewash your hair if they are still oily. Repeat it once in a week!

Benefits:

Being a powerful source of antioxidants, minerals, beta-carotene, vitamins, and omega 3 fatty acids, avocados can benefit our hair for good. Particularly, vitamins B and E can protect hair strands from dryness and damage, repair scalp damage as well as control hair loss. Plus, the fruit is filled in biotin which is shown to stimulate new hair growth and make our hair and nails lustrous again!

Now, what about the oils? Loaded with precious vitamins E and K, almond oil offers anti-aging and healing properties on our body from top to toe (skin, hair, nails)!  On the other hand, coconut oil which also contains plenty of vitamin E offers antibacterial and antifungal properties. Both oils give a silky texture to our hair, boosting the hydration levels and nourishing the dry hair and scalp.

Smart Tips
