How to make Cinnamon Vanilla Matcha Latte?

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of organic almond/coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon bio matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  •  Vanilla extract or syrup (as much as you want)

Instructions:

There are many ways to make it but, here is a simple and quick one for a creamier and frothier tea! Let’s see:

  • Add matcha powder to your cup.
  • Put water in a little pan and heat it up. We don’t want the water to be boiling hot, we want it just before boiling, nice and steamy!
  • Put milk in another pan and heat it up. Don’t boil it! Just heat it up.
  • Next, add a couple of ounces of hot water to your matcha, grab a whisk and begin to move it back and forth in a Wor M motion. This is gonna whipped the matcha up. Keep stirring to form a creamy green paste and you are gonna see it gets a little bit frothy on top in a couple of minutes.
  • Then add your vanilla extract/syrup and stir once again.
  • Now it’s time to add your heated milk to your mixture!
  • Finally, sprinkle some cinnamon, and stir once again. That’s it! It’s ready to enjoy it!
