Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of ivy oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
Instructions:

Combine the ingredients and when you see the mixture homogenized, apply it into the areas affected by cellulite or prone to cellulite. Scrub gently for about 10 minutes to help your skin stimulate the collagen production. Stop as soon as your skin gets slightly red. Then remove it with cold water, applying your body cream in the end or much better a special anti-cellulite cream. Repeat it at least twice a week. Remember the secret is the ivy oil, which helps in skin hydration, disposing of cellulite while improving body shaping.

Tip: You can also apply ivy oil every night before going to bed, especially when summer approaches and you are burning to see your butt and belly smooth and firm!

2. Caffeine Scrub

Searches have shown that scrub with coffee grounds could benefit the skin when applied regularly because the caffeine in the coffee has a tightening effect. Plus the whole process of massage and exfoliation helps your skin by stimulating blood/lymph flow while acting against loose skin.

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup coffee grounds
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons of melted coconut oil/butter
Instructions:

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and keep stirring ’till you make a homogenous paste. Store in a glass jar. Now you can use the mixture 2-3 times per week and massage your skin with some pressure for several minutes. In the end, rinse with cool water and apply your favorite body cream.

3. Coconut Oil

Massaging the orange peel skin areas of your body with coconut oil – widely known for its powerful anti-cellulite properties –  mixed with juniper essential oil can have great results against cellulite. Coconut oil acts as a moisturizer, keeping your skin hydrated and more supple while juniper oil expels toxins heating up the skin tissue. So as we have plenty of time it’s a chance for a massage time with oils!
