What does Hailey Bieber eat in her daily life?

The muse has by far one of the best bodies in the fashion industry with her worldwide campaigns to highlight her unique physique. She is definitely our fitness idol we may pass hours scrolling on her Instagram account! But, besides her good metabolism and good genetics, the newlywed works really hard to stay in shape all the time.

Her daily meals:

In an interview with ELLE U.S., the 22-years-old top model and wife of Justin Bieber said that her standard breakfast is:

“usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie”,

…while she opts for

salad, fish, grilled veggies or maybe a sandwich”,

…for lunch. Regarding her dinners, they are usually:

“along the same lines [as lunch]”,

…opting sometimes for gluten-free pasta or chicken.

She also revealed that she avoids meat and gluten while she prefers consuming minimal dairy. Whole foods, protein, and vegetables are the main parts of her well-balanced diet, saying:

“just feel better when I eat that way”

What about Cheat Days?

Hailey Baldwin opens up talking about her cheat days, revealing her favorite treat:

“a cheeseburger and fries”

Of course, she has those days of cravings setting herself free to eat what she desires, as having previously told ELLE U.S. about these days:

“a cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I’ll eat. That’s my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I’m gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I’m gonna eat it. If I want fries, I’m gonna eat the fries”

She is like one of us!

The “cleanse” days:

Something we may don’t know is that she goes under a super – strict diet, called cleanse,  mainly before fashion shows and big events to “reset” her body, before getting…

“into the craziness of all this travel and running around”.

“Right now I’m on this 10-day metabolic cleanse where I have to drink a protein shake a few times a day and then have a super-strict diet,”

…she revealed to Byrdie in July 2018.

“I obviously don’t do that every day.”

Well, it seems it’s really hard to be a supermodel, isn’t it? Sacrifices…
