Jennifer Aniston’s Facialist Reveals 3 Golden Secrets For Glowing & Ageless Skin!

The 3 golden secrets to give you an instant glow!

The face is actually one of the first things one notices when they get to know us or talk to us, isn’t it? Nowadays beauty rituals can be done with our own fair hands, from the comfort of our home, instead of visiting beauty salons and aesthetic medicine centers! All we need to do is to figure out how to use better our favorite products to penetrate deep into the skin and make it glow. The truth is that over time all gals begin to emphasize in their skincare routine all the more as the skin gradually loses its elasticity resulting in the first fine lines and wrinkle expressions. Sounds tragic, isn’t it? But could we do? Smoking, prolonged sun exposure, lifestyle, and DNA are some of the main factors in skin aging. That’s why a proper daily facial care is absolutely necessary … and, thank you, God, here comes the distinguished facialist, Joanna Czech, who has been trusted by showbiz women like Jennifer Aniston and Christy Turlington for 35 years. The beauty expert share with us the three golden beauty secrets for youthful, radiant, and ageless skin. So when Czech speaks, we are all ears! By the way, Aniston doesn’t stop showing how much she loves her skincare routine. 1. Soft Face Massage

According to Czech, the most important thing is always the facial massage as it stimulates the blood flow. What happens next? The blood carries oxygen to your skin and brightens it straight away, creating micro-swelling in the muscle. But what does that mean? Everything you apply on your skin penetrates much easier because it is already warmed up! More particularly, the beauty expert advises us to start the day by stretching out the front of the chest and then massaging on either side of the spine, extending as far down as you can reach. Keep in mind, all of the nerves responsible for the front of the body are located along the spinal cord so that’s why we need to start massage from that area. Finish by massaging the trapezius muscle  – which extends from the back of your head and neck down to your shoulder – and scalp to feel better and increase relaxation.

2. Start at the nipples

The expert highlights we should always start all facial treatments from the nipples and end in the hairline. We should always apply to our neck and décolleté all the products we put on our precious faces like moisturizes and serums. Why? Because by exfoliating and moisturizing these areas we prevent skin aging and restore elasticity. Otherwise, if you only take care of your faceskin and miss your neck and chest, you’re just not doing it right because there is a risk to start the aging process from these areas before the face as Czech marks. Well, we don’t want that to happen in any case!

3. Treat your skin like a sponge

Our body is like a large pore that tends to absorb everything we put on it. But it is very important to apply our products in a proper way for the best results. How? After spreading face cream or serums all over the face, the beauty guru recommends to press it gently and then softly tapping our skin with fingertips to ensure everything is absorbed. After that, you can keep on applying another layer of cream, SPF, makeup, and so on.
